...NOT at all a good EXPERIENCE.. Poor food quality..FELT CHEATED .. BAD STAFF BEHAVIOUR.. .... .Less said the better. .. we booked the hall .. AC was not functioning.. food was served so LATE that few guests had to leave without dinner .. service was horrible.. OVER ALL TRISTAR DOESN’T DESERVE A STAR..

I stay at this hotel almost every 3-4 months, during my business visits. Unfortunately, I do not see any improvements in the rooms or amenities of the hotel. I had booked a exe. deluxe room. The room size was ok. But the room was stinking and I had to open the window to make it bearable. The lighting in the room is very poor and it's dark in the evening. The a/c is very noisy and I prefer to switch off the a/c and sleep with the fan only. The restaurant is the only saving grace for this hotel. The food is good and the service is quick. It's a completely veg hotel. Although, the breakfast spread is very limited and the food taste is not great. But the ala-carte lunch and dinner meals I ordered had good taste. There is wifi available but it's very patchy and not dependable. Not a great hotel, but you will have to stay here for lack of any other option.

I had a fine stay in this property though it looks little old and out dated even the rooms looks old. The beds were little uncomfortable as mattresses were very hard there moreover the rooms could have been little more better but overall average one.

Continuing my journey in crruent assignment which makes me travel to various cities of India landed in Chandrapur on a one day business trip, if we look carefully at hotel options there are barely 2-3 worth talking about and Tristar is one of the good ones, with no great alternative options (except to stay in Nagpur and drive 150km). Also, note Chandrapur is an Liquor free area, hence if you like to enjoy the drinks better bring your own. Rooms are little old, every thing look dated but works fine. Cleanliness and Hygine I will rate as Average but for 2 star hotel its OK. Its Pure Vegetarian Hotel hence be aware of the same if you like alternative. Bed was very hard, why some hotels make them this way is impossible to understand. Breakfast - served in plates no buffet as very few rooms were occupied, taste is OK, can start the day. Room service is pretty OK, and nothing major to complain on this, cleared plates at mid night when we called them to do so , not on there own.

Worst hotel, terrible room, worse food, worst service. No body cleaned plates through out the night. No hot water in bathroom. Was offered water in bucket after charging 4500.00 for one night it was terrible experiance. Not advised for any one
